The last few years have seen a rise in ‘accidental landlords’; couples who had their own place before moving in together, or astute investors taking advantage of low interest rates. We recently worked on a kitchen for a landlord who needed a rapid and cost effective kitchen refresh. Replacing the worktop and cupboard doors and disposing of the originals all in one day transformed the kitchen while the tenant was at work.
At the other end of the scale we are currently working on a large-scale renovation project for a management company across multiple sites - repairing and painting exterior walls and windows, painting all interior communal areas and replacing carpets.
